In partnership with Shook Lin & Bok Singapore, our members had an insightful morning, exploring the theme of managing investments through Variable Capital Companies (VCCs), alongside key regulatory and compliance developments impacting EAM FMCs. The session placed strong emphasis on governance and risk management considerations in today’s evolving landscape.
