Established in 2011, the Association of Independent Wealth Managers (Singapore) is the representative industry body for External Asset Managers (EAMs) and Multi-Family Offices (MFOs) in Singapore.

As the leading industry advocate for independent wealth managers, AIWM Singapore actively promotes dialogue and engagement between regulators and various stakeholders within the community.
AIWM Singapore is also committed to championing best industry practices, strengthening the visibility and reputation of independent wealth managers, fostering collaboration among industry peers, and empowering members through continuous education, training development and networking opportunities.
The Association has over 80 active member firms from EAMs, MFOs, banks and service providers in Singapore.
AIWM fosters more collaboration in the industry. It is a great place to develop new relationships.
About Independent Wealth Managers
Independent Wealth Managers, also known as External Asset Managers or Independent Asset Managers are nonbank wealth managers regulated by the MAS, and they range from independent management firms to family offices and individual advisers.
Concentrating on private investors and high net worth individuals, independent wealth managers offer a flexible, holistic, and strategic approach to wealth management. With a focus on client centricity, independent wealth managers provide bespoke investment advice and solutions that are tailor-made to clients’ individual needs in this fast-changing market environment.
As the number of independent wealth managers continues to grow in Singapore and across Asia, they are increasingly recognised as valued players in Singapore’s financial ecosystem.

Lucie Hulme
AIWM President

CEO | TRILAKE PARTNERS PTE LTD
Lucie Hulme is a French national, raised in Singapore, France and Switzerland.
She was part of the founding team of TriLake Partners in 2011 and has more than 16 years of experience gained in the independent asset management and private banking industry.
Prior to joining TriLake Partners, Lucie was a relationship manager at Société Générale Private Banking (Suisse) S.A. She also worked for the Middle Eastern desk at Crédit Agricole (Suisse S.A.) and for an independent asset management firm based in Geneva, The Forum Finance Group (Suisse) S.A.
Lucie has been in the Committee of the Association for the past 7 years, where she held the positions of Honorary Secretary and Vice President.
Jolene Tan

MANAGING PARTNER | SINGALLIANCE PTE LTD
Jolene is a Singaporean with more than 15 years of experience in the banking, finance and asset management industry. She first started her banking career as a relationship manager with OCBC Bank. Subsequently, she moved on to similar wealth management advisory role, servicing HNW Asian clients at ABN AMRO Bank. In 2007, she joined Bank Julius Baer (Private Banking International – Francophone desk), managing portfolios of HNW European clients and developing the IAM business, while building a strong network in Switzerland.
With both Asian & European wealth management capabilities and strong relationship management & communication skills, she co-founded SingAlliance Pte Ltd in Singapore in early 2011. As one of the few early adopters of IAM concept in Singapore which was quite nascent in Asia then, she was involved in all aspects of the business despite many challenges; from setting up and managing to enhancing the Company’s global footprint. SingAlliance has since expanded its business presence with offices in Geneva and Hong Kong to date.
Jolene graduated with an honors degree in Banking, Finance & Management from Loughborough University, UK. In 2009, she was awarded the WMI Certificate in Private Banking by Wealth Management Institute and Statement of Attainment (SOAs) by Institute of Banking and Finance. She has also obtained the STEP certificate for Financial Services – Singapore (Trusts and Estate Planning) in 2013.
Alexander Floersheim

MANAGING DIRECTOR | LUMEN CAPITAL INVESTORS
Alexander Floersheim is a Managing Director at Lumen Capital Investors. Prior to moving to Singapore in 2019, Alexander spent over a decade in Hong Kong, most recently he served as Chief Investment Officer at Carret Private Capital. Prior to that, Alexander was Chief Investment Officer at StoBene Partners and led the Investment Advisory Services team at Bank Julius Baer. Alexander holds a Bachelor degree in Law and Economics from the University of St. Gallen and Master of Science in Global Finance from HKUST and NYU Stern.
David Doerig

David Doerig is the COO of Corecam Family Office. He spent several years in Taiwan and Hong Kong in different positions before moving Singapore over a decade ago. Most recently he was Executive Director, Head of Business Transformation Group – Asia at Royal Bank of Canada and prior to that, David was Vice President, Head of Product Management COO – Singapore at Credit Suisse. David holds a Master degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen.
Edwin Lee

CEO | COVENANT CAPITAL PTE LTD
As CEO of Covenant Capital, Edwin leads the firm’s strategic direction and drives business growth. He started his career with Salomon Smith Barney (SSB) in 2000, providing comprehensive investment advice to individual and institutional clients over the course of 12 years. As the key manager for the team’s discretionary multi-asset class portfolios, he oversaw the team’s portfolio decisions, including the use of options to hedge and generate income.
Following the stint at SSB, he spent two years with DBS as a private banker, advising both high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. Before co-founding Covenant Capital, he was with Swaen Capital, an independent asset manager based in Singapore, leading the global asset allocation portfolio management team.
Edwin graduated from the Nanyang Technological University’s Nanyang Business School in 2000 with a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in Financial Analysis. He obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2003 and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation in 2007. He is also a member of the CFA Institute, CFA Singapore and the CAIA Association. He currently serves on the Association of Independent Asset Managers, Singapore, as the committee member overseeing Education.
For leisure, Edwin enjoys mountain & road biking and adventure sports. He also serves as chairman of the board of a local church and currently holds the rank of Major and appointment of division liaison officer in his military unit.
Chiara Bartoletti

COO | EIGHTSTONE OCLANER PTE LTD
As Chief Operating Officer of Eightstone Oclaner, Chiara is responsible for the day-to-day operating activities of the company. Eightstone Oclaner is the result of a merger of equals between Eightstone Pte Ltd and Oclaner Asset Management Pte Ltd which took place in October 2019. Prior to joining Oclaner in 2013, Chiara was a public affairs consultant at Burson-Marsteller EMEA headquarters in Brussels and London. During her time at Burson-Marsteller, she gained valuable insights into the art of developing public advocacy programmes. Chiara holds a MSc in Politics and Government from the London School of Economics and the Graduate Institute for International Studies, Geneva (BA/MSc International relations). She is an elected Committee member of the Association Independent Asset Managers of Singapore (AIAM) in charge of the Regulatory and Outreach portfolio. Chiara speaks French, Italian, English and German. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her three children, practicing yoga, music and good food.
