The Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) confirmed the start of the Quarterly Fund Data Collection (“QDC”) in 4Q2025. Fund management companies (“FMCs”), including external asset managers (“EAMs”), must submit their Basic QDC by 30 November 2025.

While it did not publish any regulatory updates in September, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”), announced its new reporting regime for fund management companies (“FMCs”), i.e. holders of a capital markets services licence for fund management. Instead of the annual Fund Management Risk Assessment Questionnaire, the MAS is introducing Quarterly Fund Data Collection (“QDC”).
