The work we do isn’t just for today – it’s for tomorrow’s trailblazers.

Tell us about yourself, your company, and your role.

My journey in finance has always been about more than numbers – it’s been about people, relationships, and building something that endures. Over two decades across leading banks- ABN AMRO, UBS, Barclays, and the Bank of Singapore- have shaped the lens through which I see wealth. Not simply as capital, but as possibility.

In 2022, Farro Capital was co-founded anchored by a clear conviction: that families today need partners, not providers. We believed the next chapter of wealth management had to look fundamentally different. At Farro, we built a platform that blends institutional-grade discipline with the independence and intimacy that entrepreneurs and wealth creators truly value. It’s a place where clients feel understood – where their goals guide the structure, and their values shape the journey.

As CEO, I see my role as staying ahead of the curve – listening deeply, asking better questions, and ensuring every decision, whether strategic or operational, aligns with the same values we ask our clients to trust us with. Leadership, to me, is about clarity over control. It’s about setting direction with purpose and holding space for those around me to lead as well.

What is wealth management to you?

Wealth management, at its core, is a relationship of trust. It’s not just about financial engineering – it’s about understanding what really matters to a family: their values, their ambitions, their legacy. And then building around that, together.

At Farro Capital, we don’t offer templates – we offer tailored journeys. Every family we work with is different, and our job is to create a space where they feel safe to share, reflect, and plan with clarity. We see wealth as multi-dimensional. Financial capital is just one part – human capital, intellectual capital, and social capital are equally vital in stewarding wealth across generations.

Dialogue is at the heart of everything we do. Whether it’s sitting down with founders discussing succession or including the next generation in planning conversations, it’s these shared moments that allow us to move from transactional advice to transformative partnerships.

For us, wealth management is about alignment – between purpose and portfolio, ambition and action. It’s about navigating complexity with empathy and precision. And above all, it’s about building enduring legacies.

Three key lessons from the past three years (career & personal):

1. Leadership is earned, not declared.

When I co-founded Farro, I was deeply moved by how many colleagues from past chapters chose to walk this new path with me. That level of belief can’t be bought – it’s built over years of shared experience, consistency, and integrity. It reminded me that leadership is a reflection of trust – and trust is everything in our business.

2. Complexity demands clarity.

In uncertain times, simplicity becomes a superpower. Our role is to bring light into ambiguity – to distil, to prioritise, and to guide. Whether it’s navigating private markets, structuring cross-border wealth, or planning for the next generation, our clients look to us for a steady hand to hold with conviction.

3. Every design starts with the ability to scale.

From the outset, we built the products and solutions to be scalable – not in size alone, but in capability and relevance. Every process, investment framework, and client solution is designed to be robust enough to grow, while flexible enough to remain personal. I’ve found that in a lean, high-trust environment like ours, scalability is less about systems and more about intentional design. Scalability, for us, is about being able to respond with precision, without losing what makes the experience personal.

Closing reflection:

At Farro, we often say: “The work we do isn’t just for today – it’s for tomorrow’s trailblazers.” That’s the responsibility we carry, and the privilege we hold.

As our industry evolves, my vision is clear: to build a firm where every relationship is long-term, every decision is values-led, and every family feels seen, heard, and supported. This is not just wealth management – it’s partnership, for generations to come.
