He has held Distribution, CEO and P&L Accountable positions and he is current the Chief Commercial Officer for Private Client Services by Mercer.

Lim Ai Lin is a Managing Director focusing on HNW clients in the North Asia and Australia markets at Private Client Services by Mercer Pte Ltd.

Ai Lin has over 20 years’ experience in the financial industry. She was previously a Director at Society Generale Private Bank and prior to that, at Citigold Private Clients, International Personal Bank.

Ai Lin holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics & Statistics) from the National University of Singapore and Master of Applied Finance from the University of Melbourne. She also sits on the Chinese teaching panel of Wealth Management Institute (WMI), a subsidiary of Temasek Holdings.

Pornlert Pravichphibul

Pornlert Pravichphibul is a Managing Director at Private Client Services by Mercer Pte Ltd.

A native Thai, Pornlert has over 23 years’ experience in the financial industry and is based in Singapore. Prior to joining PCS, Pornlert was Vice President, International Personal Bank at Citibank Singapore. He has also worked in various parts of North Asia and South East Asia.

Pornlert work closely with lawyers, trustees, accountants and other professionals to tailor bespoke solutions for his clients’ planning needs.

Pornlert holds a Bachelor of Engineering from National University of Singapore and Master of Business Administration (Finance and Marketing) from Georgetown University, DC, and speaks English, Mandarin, Thai and Hainanese fluently.
