Charlene Tan
Charlene Tan is the Head of Internal Audit Services at Alpadis Risk Consulting, bringing over 15 years of experience in internal audit, compliance, and risk management across the financial services and public sectors. She has led numerous risk-based assurance engagements and advised organisations on strengthening governance and control frameworks. Charlene is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia) and specialises in helping organisations enhance governance.

Dr Xiao Zhang (Francis)
Dr. Xiao Zhang (Francis), founder of zCloak.AI, holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Twente in the Netherlands. He is a guest lecturer at the National University of Singapore (NUS). From 2024 to 2025, he served as the technical lead for the MAS pilot project DESFT. He participated in two EU research programs (FP6 and FP7), published over 20 peer-reviewed papers, and holds 7 patents. His current research focuses on building dependable AI solutions powered by cryptography and confidential computing.
Gerry Chng
Gerry Chng
Gerry is a Partner and Head of Cyber with KPMG Singapore, specialising in Cybersecurity and Risk Management. He has spent the last 27 years consulting clients balancing the risks and opportunities arising from the adoption of technology.
He is also actively involved in the formulation of standards around AI Governance and Regulations. He is the current co-chair of the Singapore Artificial Intelligence Technical Committee (AITC), representing Singapore as a “Participating” member of the ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 42 committee on AI standards.
Gerry also currently chairs the AI Ethics & Governance (AIEG) Special Interest Group under the Singapore Computer Society (SCS) with the objective of creating a community around the risk management of the emerging technology across diverse backgrounds including technology providers, academia, social scientists, legal experts, and professional services providers.

Rochak Agrawal
Rochak Agrawal is Executive Director and Tech Delivery Head for Agentic AI in Wealth Management at UBS, where he leads strategic AI initiatives focused on practical enterprise adoption. Since joining UBS in 2007, he has held senior leadership roles across Investment Banking, Wealth Management and Group Functions in Singapore and Hong Kong, with a focus on AI, cyber risk and banking security.
He represents UBS in industry forums including ASIFMA AI and MAS’s Project MindForge, co-founded the UBS Innovation Guild, and serves on advisory boards including the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce Digitalization Board and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Rochak is also a frequent international speaker on AI, digitalization and risk, and holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and Columbia Business School.

Rolf Haudenschild
Rolf Haudenschild is heading Alpadis Regulatory Services.
Rolf started his career in Switzerland at a leading international banking group, followed by work with the Swiss financial regulator. Since establishing his firm in 2012, he has been supporting small and medium-sized financial institutions in regulatory matters, providing practical, client-focused advice.
Rolf also lectured on compliance at tertiary institutions in Switzerland and Singapore, speaks at public events, and was a long-standing member of the RegTech Sub-Committee of the Singapore Fintech Association.
