Chiara Bartoletti

I am the Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Eightstone, an award-winning multi-family office and External Asset Manager (EAM) established in 2009 in Singapore. At Eightstone, we focus on providing a fresh perspective to wealth management, specifically addressing the unique needs of entrepreneurs, families, and institutions. Our philosophy is simple: cut through the noise and focus on what truly matters, offering clients clear and straightforward solutions that create lasting value.

Since joining Eightstone in 2013, I have been responsible for overseeing our day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of a range of services, from tailored discretionary managed accounts to a diverse portfolio of investment funds. I’m proud to lead a firm that holds a Capital Markets Services (CMS) licence for fund management under the Monetary Authority of Singapore, ensuring we uphold the highest standards of regulatory excellence.

Prior to Eightstone, I worked in public affairs at Burson-Marsteller’s EMEA headquarters in London and Brussels, which gave me a strong foundation in managing complex relationships and strategic communication. I hold a master’s degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute in Switzerland and an MSc in European Politics from the London School of Economics.

I am passionate about corporate strategy, operational efficiency, and creating effective frameworks that help our firm—and our clients—achieve long-term success. From 2017 to 2024, I served on the Committee of the Association of Independent Wealth Managers (AIWM) in Singapore, contributing to industry-wide regulatory and outreach initiatives.

Fluent in English, French, and Italian, with proficiency in German and a working knowledge of Spanish and Luxembourgish, I bring a global perspective that helps me connect with people across borders.
