We acknowledge that, as an Ordinary Member of the AIWM, we are required to submit annually the Independent Asset Manager’s signed Code of Ethics Statement (CES).
We hereby confirm that we have read and understood the Wealth Asset Managers’ Code of Ethics and subsequent amendments (the ‘Code of Ethics’) published on the AIWM website.
With the exception of previous disclosures to the AIWWM (if any) or any other disclosures* as indicated by us here below, we also confirm that we have complied with the Code of Ethics during the past calendar year, and that we will continue to comply with the Code of Ethics during the present calendar year.
We understand that failure to file the Code of Ethics Statement within the stipulated time may result in the revocation or suspension of our AIWM membership.
We agree to fully indemnify, defend and save harmless AIAM from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, demands, causes of action, lawsuits and expenses (including all incurred legal fees & expenses) that AIAM may incur, or that may be threatened against AIAM, arising out of or in connection with (a) any direct breach or violation of this Application by us, or (b) our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We agree that we will promptly notify AIAM of any change in the information provided in the AIAM Membership Application Form.
