We’re excited to announce the 2nd AIWM Charity Pickleball Tournament 2025 designed to inspire and educate the community on
- Creating awareness for children living in care across Singapore;
- Raising funds for the residential homes and crisis centre operated by Marymount Centre; and
- Fostering team spirit through a collaborative team-building opportunity between your firm and the Association via the growing sport of Pickleball.
Taking place on Friday, 5th September 2025, 1:00 PM, at the Choa Chua Kang Sports Centre, this charity event offers an exciting opportunity for you to #DoGood and build corporate bonding with your colleagues and peers within the AIWM community over a game of pickleball. Top 3 prizes to be won for the winning teams!
Pickleball has now become a popular and the ‘in’ sport by the young and old as it’s easier to play and the risk of injury is lower – there are currently over 5,000 active players, and more than a fifth of them compete in tournaments (Source: https://www.straitstimes.com/sport/instead-of-sunday-brunch-some-singaporeans-now-opt-for-a-game-of-pickleball)
As part of our annual tradition of #DoingGood together, we invite you to be part of our charity event and touch the lives, build hope for the beneficiaries of Marymount Centre through this fundraising initiative. And we need YOU to help keep the momentum going!
We are seeking at least 10 teams of 5 players per team, with a minimum donation of S$2,500 per team to contribute to our ambitious goal of raising S$25,000 for the beneficiaries of Marymount Centre. The 5 players can be made up of staff within the firm and/or (up to 2) members of the public (your clients, friends or relatives).
New this year!
If you can’t form a corporate team, yet you’d like to participate, fret not. For a donation of S$500, we can help to form a team for you!
