Founded in 2016, Zagga is a leading Australian alternative fund manager, specialising in real estate private credit.

We provide investment-grade opportunities designed to deliver attractive, risk-adjusted returns with a strong focus on capital preservation and consistent income.

With a strong foundation in disciplined credit management and deep property expertise, Zagga operates across Australia’s eastern seaboard, offering a range of real estate credit strategies and bespoke lending solutions. Our investor base includes high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional partners across Australia and key international markets such as Singapore, Japan, Korea and Hong Kong.

What role does your company play in the IWM / EAM ecosystem?

Zagga offers independent WMs and EAMs access to private credit investment opportunities underpinned by Australian real estate. Through our range of funds and separately-managed account structures, we enable WMs and EAMS to diversify client portfolios with defensive, income-focused investments that complement traditional equity and fixed income exposures, without the volatility associated with public markets.

Our partnership approach means we work closely with WMs and EAMS (amongst others) to understand their clients’ needs, providing access to curated opportunities, transparent reporting, and direct engagement with senior decision-makers.
