SIM Bock Eng is WongPartnership LLP’s Head of the Specialist & Private Client Disputes Practice and a Partner in the Private Wealth Practice. Her main practice areas are in private wealth and civil litigation, which include family, matrimonial law, succession trusts and probate law, banking and finance, property and employment. Bock Eng has over 20 years of experience in trust, estate and family laws – both front-end as well as litigation. She regularly advises ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on succession and estate planning and business continuity. She is recognised as one of the leading probate, trusts and private wealth management lawyers in Singapore and has been involved in several landmark decisions. Bock Eng is the Vice Chairman of the Wealth Management Institute’s Global-Asia Family Office (GFO) Circle Committee, a member of the Probate Practice Committee of the Law Society of Singapore, and secretary of STEP Singapore. She is also the course co-ordinator for Probate in the Preparatory Course Leading to Part B of the Singapore Bar Examinations.

Ivan Ossa is Head of Multi-Asset Solutions for LGT Private Banking Asia, where he leads the design and implementation of cross-asset investment strategies for private and institutional clients. He oversees the bank’s strategic and tactical asset allocation framework and manages discretionary multi-asset strategies covering equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investments.

Ivan has over 22 years of cross-asset investment management experience across multinational banks, insurers, family offices, and investment management firms in Asia, Europe, and the United States. His experience includes leading portfolio design and asset allocation processes, conducting cross-asset investment research, and setting investment policy and capital allocation decisions. His work focuses on the practical application of investment theory across multi-asset portfolios, from strategic allocation and tactical positioning to portfolio implementation under real-world constraints.

Prior to joining LGT in 2016, Ivan held senior portfolio management and investment research roles at leading global financial institutions, including Standard Chartered Bank and AXA Wealth Management Asia, and served as Chief Investment Officer at an independent family office. Earlier in his career, he held investment advisory and analyst roles in Asia and the United States.

Ivan holds a BBA in Finance and Economics, magna cum laude, from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business and has completed executive education in investment strategies and portfolio management at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a published author in The Journal of Portfolio Management, where his work focuses on robust asset allocation frameworks for multi-asset portfolios.

Jean-Francois Aboulker is a Managing Director at Antarctica Asset Management, based in Singapore. Before joining Antarctica, he was APAC head of UHNWI at Lombard Odier, driving growth on APAC markets and building relevant investment opportunities. Jean-Francois also held senior management roles with UBS WM where he generated significant growth on Emerging markets and Asia UHNWIs as a cluster head, and with Credit Suisse where he headed WM EEMEA in Singapore. Jean-Francois started his career with JP Morgan as a derivatives quant (fixed income, equity) in the Investment Banking division. Jean-Francois holds an MBA from INSEAD, an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale, and a mathematic master from University Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI). He is also a CFA charter holder.

Teo Kai Xiang heads the Banking Development Division in the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Financial Centre Development Department. The division supports the growth of Singapore as an international financial centre through nurturing an attractive and conducive business environment for financial institutions, and deepening Singapore’s position as a pan-Asian banking and wealth management hub. The division fosters key strategic activities and capabilities that contribute to these objectives.

Ling Yi is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group and the Trust, Estates & Wealth Preservation/Family Office practice. She advises high net worth individuals, trustees, single and multi family offices on tax matters, as well as trust and estate planning matters, and heads the Non-Profit / Philanthropy practice.

She advises clients on their family business and succession planning, and provides a broad range of advice to assist them and their families on their activities across the globe. She has vast experience on investments and cross-border transactions, and has advised many clients on regulations, investment structures, commercial dispute resolution, infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions as well as direct investment transactions.

She has been recognized in Asian Legal Business’ Top 40 under 40 list of outstanding legal professionals in the region in 2020, and was awarded the Wealth Management Institute Chairman’s Award for Individual Excellence in 2023. She has worked on cross-border projects in emerging markets, where due diligence, project development, execution and financing are challenging. Through her familiarity and understanding of the business environment and legal regulations, she has advised clients on structuring, risks transfers and risk mitigation solutions to navigate challenges.

Lionel Choi is Head of Wealth Planning Singapore at LGT Bank. He has had close to 20 years of experience in assisting families locally and internationally on all aspects of succession and estate planning, having entered the private client wealth management industry as a wealth planning advisor for a major US-based financial institution. Prior to joining LGT, he led the Singapore trust company of a reputable global, bank-owned trust business as its resident director and manager. He specialised in establishing and administering trust and fiduciary structures. He was responsible for the operation and supervision of a client relationship team and managing private clients’ estate planning interests. He also took an active role in business development. Lionel began a career in law after graduating from the National University of Singapore with an LL.B (Hons) degree. He qualified as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore in 2000, practising in an international law firm. He also qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2003.

Mariya is part of the next generation of the family behind ABC Cooking Studio, a global lifestyle and culinary education brand. While next-generation plans for the business are still evolving, she contributes to ABC’s transformation by supporting its globalization beyond Japan and promoting transparent, cross-border operations.

She is passionate about leveraging the strengths of a female-led enterprise to drive positive social outcomes, with a focus on empowering women, supporting mothers and children, addressing hunger, and promoting health. Through ABC, she also actively explores philanthropic collaborations that align business growth with meaningful social impact.

Prior to joining Azalea, Mark was a senior investment professional at Coller Capital in both London and New York for 15 years, where he specialised in the origination, execution, and management of private equity secondaries across Buyout and Venture strategies.

He also served as COO of Coller Capital’s Private Wealth Secondaries Solutions (PWSS), where he played a leading role in the development of semi-liquid private equity products tailored to high-net-worth investors and their advisors.

Earlier in his career, Mark held positions at RBS Global Banking & Markets and ABN AMRO Bank Corporate Finance, with assignments in Amsterdam and Moscow.

He holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Amsterdam.

Peter has extensive experience in statutory accounting in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, UK, US, UAE and France, as well as in depth knowledge of trust accounting and tax structuring in various jurisdictions. Familiar with management reporting in both large MNC’s and smaller organisations, Peter has a unique skill base and understanding of the accounting and structuring requirements of large organisations, family offices and boutique enterprises. Peter is a Fellow Management Accountant (FCMA/CGMA) and a Chartered Accountant of Singapore, with degrees in Economics and Economic History, and has wide-ranging experience working for family offices and major financial institutions.
